Once a service has been delivered or initiated, refunds may not be applicable.
Consultation bookings once completed are non-refundable.
If a consultation is not conducted due to technical failure or consultant unavailability, eligible refunds or wallet credits may be provided at the Company's discretion.
Wallet recharges, credits, and promotional balances are generally non-refundable.
In case of duplicate payment deductions, users may contact support with transaction proof. Verified duplicate transactions may be refunded within a reasonable processing time.
Subscription or membership fees, once activated, are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Users may discontinue platform usage at any time. However, cancellation does not guarantee refunds for previously purchased services.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
